Our Mission
5B Events, founded in 2002, is a boutique event planning and production company specializing in non-profit fundraising events, as well as private, corporate and political special events.
With our non-profit clients, we take great pride in partnering both with them and their Boards to create successful and highly regarded signature annual fundraisers ranging from intimate gatherings of 100 to parties of more than thousands. Not only do we support the organizations and their Boards to ensure their fundraising is maximized, but also that the guest experience is flawless.
Our industry reach, precision planning and seamless execution drive our private, corporate and political events as well.
5B Events takes great pride in our decade-plus long standing partnerships with many of our clients and strive to bring to all of our endeavors innovation, creativity, attention to detail and determination to ensure every event reaches its full potential.

About the Founder
Harvin Rogas is the Founder and Principle of 5B Events. After graduating from UCSD, Harvin’s first job was in Senator Feinstein’s DC office mailroom. While working on a Master of Arts at NYU, she also had stints as a writer for Conde Nast Traveler, in house event manager at the non-profit LIFEbeat and event coordinator for Buckley Hall Events. Back home in Los Angeles, she founded 5B Events (named after her East Village apartment number) in 2002. Harvin and her team continue to coordinate and produce events on both Coasts or wherever the party takes them.
